Maybe you’ve been following our Tweets or our Blog page or our Thirst page.  Or maybe you’ve just stumbled onto our stuff for the first time.   Any which way – get Ready to be Thirsty!!

Do you want to:

  • Lose weight and get lean?
  • Get more energy?
  • Sleep better?

Then maybe Ready to be Thirsty is for you!

How might you engage in this cool challenge?

  • ‘Like’ our page and gather anticipation…
  • Join the Event page.  Attempt to go dry – avoiding alcohol entirely or cut back as far as you can for the month of February, 2016
  • Feel free to share your thoughts, ideas, observations, joy and insights with your co-participants – you’ll find they are an interesting and interactive bunch – and they are sharing your pain!

We think that after 29 days (yes, 2016 is a leap year), you’ll feel great, you’ll have learned something, and odds are, you’ll be in a fantastic position to moderate your drinking going forward – for every good health reason you can name.
