a moment of self compassionSpring is upon us and it is a time when people tend to be motivated for many things because the weather is getting warmer and the sun is shining. Spring cleaning and yard work is something most of us engage in.

It can also be a time to do a little mental health Spring cleaning as well. How good are you at self-care?

Self-care doesn’t only encompass healthy eating and exercise, although both are a vital part of it. We may forget that we not only have to take care of our bodies, we also have to take care of our minds.

Self-care is about being kind to yourself and setting healthy boundaries. I read this newsletter from a local success coach and it is full of great information.

When life throws us a curveball we have to choose how we handle it.
